In the case of disputes concerning pecuniary rights arising from the client relationship, there is the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution at the Munich Bar Association pursuant to Section 73 Paragraph 5 BRAO or at the Arbitration Board of the Legal Profession at the Federal Bar Association pursuant to Section 191f BRAO.
