Andoni Filpa is a lawyer at our law firm. His practice focuses on general criminal law, road traffic law and medical criminal law. He advises and represents clients throughout every stage of their case — from the initial legal assessment to representation in court and in administrative offence proceedings. A particular focus of his continuing professional development is medical law. Andoni Filpa is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Medical Law at the University of Düsseldorf, where he is developing a deeper understanding of the legal, factual and structural complexities of this demanding field. This further develops his expertise in medical criminal law, particularly where criminal law assessment, medical practice and the relevant aspects of medical law come together.

His particular areas of expertise also include proceedings to compel public charges (Klageerzwingungsverfahren) — a specialised and demanding area of German criminal procedure requiring in-depth legal knowledge and particular precision. Andoni Filpa completed his legal education at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, with a particular focus on criminal law. During his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he completed placements at the Munich II Public Prosecutor’s Office, the District Government of Upper Bavaria, ADVANT Beiten and another law firm specialising in criminal law.

He speaks Turkish, English and Greek and has an international background.
